 Refund Policy

As our customer, you have a 14-day right of return and exchange in accordance with Finnish Consumer Protection Act, starting from the day you receive your order. You may examine the products at home and return them if they do not meet your expectations.

 

Conditions for Returnable and Exchangeable Products

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In a resellable condition
  • Packed in the original packaging, including all product tags

Trying on the products is allowed, but they must not be worn outside and must not show any marks from deodorant, makeup, perfume, or other signs of use.

Returns must be made within 14 days starting from the date the order is received. The condition of the products will be inspected during the return process. We cannot refund products that are not in their original condition or returns made after the 14-day period.

 

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact our customer service by e-mail: info@nenewear.fi.
  2. Provide your name, order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
  3. We will send you return instructions and shipping information.
  4. Pack the product carefully and attach the shipping information to the package.
  5. Take the parcel to the Post office or a pickup point according to the instructions you received.

 

Fees & Refunds

We do not charge any handling fees for returns. Please note, that the shipping costs of the original order and the return will be deducted from the refund amount. We will refund the price of the returned product using the same payment method that was used for the original order. The refund will be issued once the return has been received and processed, which usually takes 3–7 business days after the return has arrived.

 

Exchange & Reclamation

If you wish to exchange your product to other size, color or product or if you received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at info@nenewear.fi.
